Cute house and accurate description. Had everything we needed for the weekend. About a 20 min drive to the beach and about a mile to downtown. Would stay here again

I chose property based on walking distance to riverfront. While it was walkable, I did not feel comfortable walking at night in the neighborhood. The surrounding houses were exceptionally rundown and basically ruined my first impression to start vacation. The house itself was very comfortable. .
