Beautiful house with 3 bedrooms in Alicante, 500m from the sea, you will love it for your holidays with friends or family.
Very cozy house, she offers you in the ground floor a fully fitted modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a very spacious living room that opens onto a large terrace where you will enjoy snacks, dinners, breakfasts, etc.. with a direct exterior door to the urbanization to access the community swimming pool.
On the first floor, two double rooms including wardrobes and a single one, and a nice bathroom with shower.
The house has an area of 120m2.
The urbanization is made up of gardens that surround the houses, a playground for children, an underground garage and a community swimming pool (two pools - an adult pool and a children's one) lined with grass so people can enjoy and rest quietly.
The house is located in the neighborhood of Alicante called Cabo de las Huertas, near the neighborhood of San Juan Playa and Miriam Blasco, one of the best area of Alicante. It is a very quiet area with wide avenues, many green areas and parks. Just 2min walk from the house, you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries and others. In front of the house, there is the tram station that takes you to downtown Alicante in just 6 minutes.
This area as its name suggests 'Cap of Orchards' is surrounded by the sea, which allows you to access from the house, just 5-min walk, to the closest beach Playa de la Almadraba y Albufera, or if you want to access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, Playa de San Juan which is barely 12 minutes away on foot.

We had a very nice stay in the Goleta bungalow. Good rooms, comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen, good little terrasse, and good size pool in the compound. Short distance to supermarkets and beach - we prefered San Juan beach about 1,5 km away. We had a rental car, and had no problems parking in the street just outside the compound. If you don’t have a car, the tram stops right outside in the street.
Our host was very helpfull and friendly, and we had good communication, and overall we felt safe and welcome.
We went to Alicante ceverel times, and parked in a parking garage at the harbour under a small kids tivoli, across the street to Explanda, near the mushroom street and many restaurants.
The Santa Barbara Castillo is worth a visit - and for shopping Gran Vía is a good option.

We stayed 3 nights; 4 adults and one child (4). The house was large, modern and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot. The lounge was large and the terrace with retractable parasol was a lovely bonus.
Marcos, the property manager, was very flexible and helpful with any queries we had and helped us with restaurant ideas and other local information.
There was a miscommunication about the pool at first, but he quickly rectified the problem and we were soon splashing in both pools - we had them both to ourselves. The location is convenient with a supermarket across the road and the tram stop just outside. The front road is busy day and night, but at the back it’s very private and quiet. It’s a short walk to a small pretty beach, and a longer 25 min walk (or 2 stop tram) to the enormous family friendly beach.
We would like to come back as a family and stay here again.

La casa es fantástica, amplia, limpia y bien ubicada. La zona es tranquila y el descanso está asegurado. Tiene una piscina comunitaria poco concurrida y la ventaja de tener a Marcos de El Conserje viviendo muy cerca!
