This 2BR/2BA condo is in the sought after Emerald Isle gated resort where guests can enjoy resort amenities such as direct beach access, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, & beachfront fitness center. There’s also complimentary use of 2 chairs & an umbrella from Lazy Days all through March to October.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests will be given access codes to the Emerald Isle’s secure parking lot. Parking is free but vehicles must be registered. We may be able to accommodate up to 3 cars but please check with the host and the condo first. Guests will also be given unique access codes to the building and to the condo. You will be able to enjoy the entire unit.
GETTING AROUND: You’ll be situated near one of the main thoroughfares on Pensacola Beach, running parallel to the coastline and providing easy access to the island’s attractions, restaurants, shops, and beaches. You can just walk to the boardwalk and nearby shops and restaurants. Trolleys are available free of charge during the summer months. If you want to explore other nearby places or downtown Pensacola, we recommend bringing your own car for the greatest flexibility.
Pensacola International Airport is 20 minutes away, the Naval Air Station, 30-35 minutes, and Perdido Key, 45-50 minutes.

We love it at the EI, we stay here every year for a holiday or 2, and Forrest's place was no exception :) The condo was cozy, clean and nicely decorated and had anything you could ever think of needing during your stay. Forrest also was very attentive and easy to get ahold of when needed and communication before and upon arrival was on point. Thanks again for everything!!

The condo was very clean and had very comfortable furniture and bed and I especially liked the decor but it was not overly cluttered. There were plenty of outlets and things were well labeled with sufficient night lights. The balcony had comfortable furniture and it was spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen except for morning coffee but it seemed very well stocked. The area was a great location for walking to the boardwalk and restaurants. The sugar white sand beaches are kept very clean.We had good communication with Forrest.I would highly recommend this condo if staying in the area.
