This recently upgraded outdoor space now features a brand new fully fenced yard, ensuring a safe and secure environment for both your beloved pets and energetic kids to roam and play freely. There is a scenic footbridge over the marsh that is the perfect spot for a memorable photo. Middleton Park is two and a half miles from the home. Other great attractions include Oak Island Pier, Oak Island Lighthouse, Odell Williamson Auditorium, Old Baldy Lighthouse and Smith Island Museum, and Rivers Edge Golf Club and Plantation.
One of the main attractions of this home is definitely its original artwork and vintage prints throughout. The air-conditioned living area offers a fantastic spot to spread out comfortably and relax with your loved ones. Curl up on your favorite sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the large TV. The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, a dry bar, and an attached laundry room with a washer/dryer. The kitchen island adds extra dining space to the adjoining dining table. This level also grants you access to an extensive deck where you can relax. The primary suite enjoys a chic seating area and a spacious en suite bathroom with a huge bathtub, double vanity, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. There is a cute bunk bedroom that would be ideal for the kiddos! Overall place was clean and family friendly. We had 12 ppl and it was more than enough room for all of us. Easy drive to beach.
