Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 95 m² house close to the beach in Saint-Lunaire which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features an attractive 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 250 m² garden and 120 m² terrace.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor
- A 50 m² living room with sofa, armchair and dining area.
- A fully-equipped open kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC.
- Separate WC.
Exterior
- A beautiful, south-facing garden of approx. 250 m², not overlooked, surrounded by a hedge and shared with another rental.
- A 120 m² private terrace entirely covered with slate tiles, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, in a very pleasant and quiet environment surrounded by natural spaces. Enjoy the country air, just 10 minutes from the beaches of the Emerald Coast. You'll see sheep and horses in the fields near the house. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Depending on the season, you can go cycling, horse-riding, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, yoga, jogging, superb walks, longe côte, and tennis/padel.
- There's also plenty to see and do: Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cap Frehel, Fort Lalatte, Mont Saint Michel...
- Also enjoy a moment of relaxation at Bowling, on Trampolines, going to Cinemas or a moment at the accrobranche.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking lot (2 vehicles of all types).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Saint-Malo station, about 15 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport : Pleurtuit-Dinard airport, about 8 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
