Located in a quiet area, 40 minutes from the beaches, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 35 minutes from Rochefort, 30 minutes from the Cognac and Pineau vineyards, and 10 minutes from the TGV station.
It features 3 spacious bedrooms, including 1 master suite, a large living room with a fireplace, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 2 bathrooms.

The house had many qualities and we enjoyed it very much. Very hot weather and always cool inside. Things could be improved. 1.no wrack in the kitchen to put plates to dry. 2. No info on how to deal with waste products. 3. Isolated spot needs a welcome pack of essentials particularly milk, baguette etc. 4. Something to tell you where the house is in the village. 5. Do not list the place as being in St Mard. This was a bit misleading. Maybe on the gate. However the accommodation is good, the pool great and sitting out space very nice.
