Fantastic rental in Saugatuck! The location can’t be beat — it’s right on the main drag and super close to shops, restaurants, and the water. There’s a great park/playground for kids about 2 blocks away, too. Overall a lovely stay — we’ll be back!

You can’t beat the location! The decor/home itself was clean. The issues were the following: AC would not get cold- thankfully we had cooler nights when we were there, but I can’t image being there on a day 70 degrees or more. We use the fans provided at night because it was so hot. It would have been been better if we could open the windows, but one of the windows in the “primary bedroom” is gone and wooden board is there in its place. The other window wouldn’t open. The screen door on the back patio is completely ripped open. Asthmatics should think twice before renting. Mold/mildew issues blew up everyone’s allergies (plus the AC not kicking in didn’t help). Had spiders and ants in the bed. Not an issue of cleanliness, but an issue of poor structure/lack of proper sealing in the space. We did not reach out to management during our stay as we were basically only there to sleep and didn’t want to deal with it. Linens/towels/bathroom and kitchen products provided were great- plenty and exactly what was needed. The space itself is perfect for two couples- completely separate bed and bath areas.
