About this apartment rental
This rustic and cozy one level cabin is located near the front of the property and next to our small playground. It has one queen bed, a pull-out sofa sleeper, full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and a gas log fireplace. There are rocking chairs right outside your door to enjoy the mountain air. There are no stairs inside the unit, but there are a few concrete steps to reach this cabin. Pictures may not reflect exact unit bookes, but will be similar. One night's rent + taxes will be charged upon booking. These charges are fully refundable with a 24 hour cancellation, but forfeited in the event of a no call / no show.

• Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and tubing at: Appalachian Ski Mountain (only 2 miles away), Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Hawksnest Tubing, Jonas Ridge

This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!!

This downstairs condo in a 4 unit cabin style condo met our expectations and was just 10 to 15 mins into Boone which is well worth visiting. We particularly enjoyed the rural setting and the short walk around the lake.
