About this house rental
A charming little mill from the early 19th century located in the heart of the Périgord Vert.
A true haven of peace on the banks of the Bandiat River for fishing and nature lovers. Hiking trails start right from the mill.
A 2,000-square-meter enclosed, wooded lot with terraces and a small outbuilding where you can store your bicycles.
On the first floor:
A dining room with a bar area and a view of the river, a fully equipped kitchen with a range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
A large living room on the other side of the mill completes the space, featuring a stone fireplace, TV, and a small corner bed.
WC and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower are also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 140-cm bed separated by a curtain leads to a dorm-style bedroom with two 140-cm beds and a small room with a sink and WC.
We provide bed linens and towels.
Reservations for July, August, and the Christmas vacation weeks are available only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
