Precious, recently renovated townhouse with private pool in the heart of Pollensa's old town. Townhouse Rosello is a modern and elegant house, fitted with top of the range materials.

Townhouse Rosello is located in the centre of Pollensa's beautiful old town, not far from the pedestrian zone and the central market square. The small cobbled alleys are lined with a nice and colourful variety of shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. All facilities are in walking distance. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenc and the popular Pollensa golf course are all in less than 10 minutes travelling distance. The townhouse Herrera is ideal for sophisticated travellers, which are looking for a different holiday experience in urban surroundings, but not far off the beach and the mountains.

For this property car hire is not essential. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance and there is a regular bus connection to the port Puerto Pollensa and to Cala Sant Vicente.

The area around Pollensa offers many demanding and popular routes for hikers, bikers and cyclists. Golfers can choose between several golf courses in the nearer surroundings. Pollensa bay has a wide variety of water sports facilities and is among the most appreciated surf and sailing spots of the island.

Townhouse Rosello has just been renovated to very high standards. The delightful interiors have been carefully decorated by experienced local architects making wide use of natural materials and contemporary design.

Inside, villa Rosello is set over 3 floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there are a modern dining area and a guest toilet. The dining room is opening straight to the pool terrace, which has a stunning, separate lounge area on the opposite side.

On the first floor there are a spacious twin bedroom, a family bathroom and one room with a single sofa bed. This room has access to the pool-facing terrace, which is fitted with two sun loungers. This room can be used to sleep one child if needed, but it doesn't have a door. It is usually used as an additional living area.

The upper floor is kept open plan and is entirely occupied by the master bedroom suite, which features a double bed and a large bathroom.

Air-conditioning is available throughout the property running on a timer. Operating hours: 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm and from 20:00 pm to 08:00 am.

Townhouse Rosello has a beautiful patio with pool, which is nicely lit at night. On the first floor there is a small terrace overlooking the pool, which is fitted with two sun loungers.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
