About this villa rental
Few houses in Mallorca can offer such a magnificent setting and elegant interiors as Villa Roser Vell. Located in the heart of Pollensa's old town, recently renovated, air-conditioned and equipped with 2 spacious bedrooms along with a private pool, this property has been intelligently designed to impress. Due to its location in the village, a car is not essential and a wide range of shops/restaurants are practically at your doorstep. Moreover, the spacious interiors carefully decorated by experienced local architects who make extensive use of natural materials, turn this holiday home into a luxury refuge even for the most demanding guests.
Inside, Villa Roser Vell is distributed over 3 floors, connected by an interior staircase. The entrance is through the main door from one of Pollensa's traditional alleyways. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen. There is also a separate living room (with TV) accessed from the pool patio. On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom, a family bathroom and a spacious room with a single bed offering direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The top floor (open plan, accessed via the interior staircase) of the villa is entirely occupied by the master bedroom. With a double bed, a large bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout the property.
Villa Roser Vell offers the unique advantage of having a cosy private pool. The pool terrace is tiled in beautiful Mallorcan marble, and all facilities are of the highest level.
Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. The tourist tax is included in the price.
Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Nice if somewhat strangely laid out (living room other side of plunge pool, master bedroom on second floor) town house 5 mins walk from Pollenca square. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Negatives- WiFi is terrible, constantly drops out and should be reliable considering the price paid. Parking within 300 m of the property v difficult

Great stylish accommodation in the centre of pollenca. The property had air conditioning making it a nice cool environment. Loved the separate lounge room and roof top terrace.

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Schönes Objekt, sehr angenehme Betten und gute Ausstattung. Stadtzentrum fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Ein gelungener Urlaub.
Poolreinigung unbefriedigend( hier ist nicht der Saharastaub gemeint !!). Türklinken an seperater Toilette und Terrassentür bedürfen dringend einer Reparatur (lose).

Location was perfect, tv-room was perfect, nice small pool, beautiful and peaceful appartment
The cleaning of the teraces ( pool area+ small terace upstairs) was not so good.
