Spacious 3-bedroom home with bonus room and 2 baths, featuring three king beds and one queen. Short drive to Old Town Scottsdale with a private pool, putting green, ping-pong table, and outdoor games—perfect for families and groups. House Rules
• No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted at any time.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No additional visitors without prior approval.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
• No loud music, outdoor games, or noise after 10:00 PM.
• Local guests must message prior to booking and receive approval.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property.
• No glass is allowed in the pool area at any time.
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. There is no pool fence and no lifeguard on duty.
• No diving in the pool. Pool depth is approximately 5 feet.
• Pool heating is optional and must be requested at the time of booking.
• Pets are not allowed
• Guests agree to follow all city ordinances, and safety guidelines during their stay.
