There is no garage, but the driveway can fit a car and street parking is free

- Desert Botanical Garden & Papago Park: Approximately 10–15 minutes away for scenic desert views and hiking trails.
- Camelback Mountain: Approximately 20 minutes away, one of the area’s most popular hiking destinations.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee between October 15 and May 15.
When purchased, we heat the pool to approximately 82–85°F. Pool heat is $75 per day and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay; the checkout day is not charged.
Please request and pay for pool heat at least 48 hours prior to arrival so we have enough time to get the water warm and ready for you.
• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.

Lots of space in this place for a gaggle. We were only 2 and had room to spread out. The place was furnished nicely and had thoughtful amenities usually not included that are appreciated - i.e. oil & vinegar, a spice rack, filled soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. It was all maintained and didn't feel like 'left overs' that you would not want to use or trust. These are helpful to the visitor that doesn't have or want to buy the basics to do some food prep. Cabinets had lots of empty space to store food. No extras or messes filling up the spaces.
