About this apartment rental
Perfect location for you to rest and relax during your Boston vacation. Located in a great area just 0.2 miles from the Green MBTA B Line, which will take you right to Fenway Park (3.4 mi) or Downtown Boston. The unit is 1.5 mi to Boston College, 3 mi from Longwood Medical area.
Located on the third floor of a beautiful, fully renovated Victorian home. Central heat and air! Located on a very safe street in Brighton.
This rental is ideal for 1-4 guests, with a 4 guest maximum. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Since the unit is on the 3rd floor, there are multiple flights of (indoor) stairs to the unit.
Our home is directly below the rental unit. Specifically, our daughter's bedroom is directly below the living room/balcony in the rental unit and our bedroom is below the kitchen. We do asks guests to be mindful of noise/foot traffic between 8pm-7am. If you plan on having late nights, cooking late dinners or hosting friends and family in the area, unfortunately our place is not the ideal for your stay. Or if you have young children, our place is not the right fit. With a young child of our own, we are well aware of how active and noisy they can be! We have had noise issues with guests with young children in the past, so we prefer not to rent to families with children under the age of 12.
Off-street, driveway parking is available for one car and included with the reservation. Please note that we are in the Boston city limits and parking on the streets is primarily for residents. There is extremely limited non-resident parking and it is difficult to find a spot if you have additional cars. We are only able to offer parking in our driveway for one car.
We live in the house below the unit so are there if you need us. Otherwise, we'll leave you to enjoy your stay!

This rental apartment connected to a beautiful home in a charming, quiet neighborhood was very clean, exactly as pictured, and had a very easy check in and checkout process. We were a family of four, traveling with two teenage sons so the 4 flights of stairs coming into the apartment and the 5 minute walk to the T green line were not a problem for us. If you are touring the city Boston, it is notable that the main subway station in Boston we needed the most during our time seeing the main “Boston sites” was 40 minutes away (35 minute subway ride and 5 minute walk to/from the rental). We also used Uber some but we did use quite a bit of our time on the subway or Uber. If getting out of the city and staying in a beautiful, quaint neighborhood is what you are desiring, this is place for you!

Property was clean and had a great amount of space to be in for four nights. Kitchen had all the things we needed and there were grocery options near by.

Stayed there on a weekend for a hockey tournament. Great place, very clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice updated appliances in the kitchen. Parking off the street a big plus. Owners live in the same house, very easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay here again.
