Las instalaciones y su restauración. La tranquilidad del lugar, ideal para descansar. Apoyo del personal para llegada e instalación.
Caminar por la noche puede dar la sensación de inseguridad, en los alrededores viven personas "homeless" y es oscuro. Tienen que resolver el tema de agua caliente en la habitación, considero que está muy lejano y se pierde calor/presión. Preveer alimentos/snacks.

La estancia es muy agradable
El calentador solar lejos de generar ahorro provoca un gran gasto de agua demora mucho en salir el agua tibia. Que no haya ni café o algo para las noches o desayunos si es destino de trabajo
