Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja super- mieszkanie w centrum, a mimo to cicha okolica. Apartament ponad typowy włoski standard- nowoczesny wystrój, bardzo przestronne.
W jednej z toalet był odczuwalny nieprzyjemny zapach z syfonu, spłuczka od toalety czasami „zacinała się” ciężej chodziła.

O cheiro do saguão e do apartamento eram insuportáveis. Os banheiros precisam de uma limpeza pesada. O apartamento estava mal cuidado, paredes sujas, coisas quebradas, falta de louça na cozinha. Tivemos que discutir com a EStay sobre o local de retirada das chaves porque eles colocam em linhas miúdas (que nem o pessoal do Booking encontrou) o direito de entregarem elas em outro endereço (10 minutos de carro do original) e só avisaram depois que o pagamento foi debitado. Ao final eles resolveram mas foi bastante estressante e estragou nossos primeiros dias de viagem.
