На второй день нашего проживания в здании видимо начали травить тараканов, поэтому в подъезде лежали огромные мертвые тараканы, также на террасе. В самой квартире их не было, но несколько штук всегда лежало у порога. На самой террасе также пыльно и неуютно, поэтому отдыхали больше на кухне. Некоторая мебель нуждается в ремонте. Не понятно зачем гладильная доска, если утюга нет.

He did a great job rebooking my apartment for July 7th to 8th, and I didn't have to find a new place. But, unfortunately, I gotta say he was careless and negligent about the electricity and internet on the last day; he didn't even respond to my request. The outlets weren't working, the internet stopped for an hour, and stuff. Otherwise, it's good.

The flat was neat and nicely arranged, and the bed was quite comfortable. The location was convenient, relatively close to the city centre (about 2 km). Lidl is about 500 m away, and there are bus stops nearby. The metro is around 800 m away. The air conditioning worked very well, as did the TV, washing machine, and cooking hob. The drying rack on the terrace was also very convenient. Overall, the basic facilities were good.

The main problem was the shower. The switch on the bath tap was completely broken, so we could not take a proper shower. We contacted the host several times via WhatsApp and also by phone, but the shower was not fixed during our stay. The bathtub drainage was also very poor, and the water drained very slowly. Before our arrival, we asked the host if there was an iron in the flat, and he confirmed that there was one. However, when we arrived, there was no iron, only an ironing board. When we contacted the host again, he told us that there was actually no iron in the flat. There were many mosquitoes inside the flat, and even more on the terrace. They were small, but their bites were very painful. The terrace was somewhat messy and dusty, and the chair covers were dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The kitchen was missing a few useful items, including a small cutting board for vegetables, small spoons, and a proper cutting knife.
