Newly Renovated 1BR Apartment and Balcony in Lush Pangrati

Appartement très joli, bien agencé proposant de belles finitions. La terrasse est très appréciable. Très bon emplacement, dans un quartier qui propose plein de commerces, et à environ 30/35 minutes à pied de l'Acropole. Propriétaires très attentionnés, très bonne communication. Check in et check out autonome qui facilite les choses en cas d'arrivée tardive comme nous avons eu le cas. Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

Manque un peu d'équipements pour cuisiner, et surtout dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un micro ondes pour réchauffer ou simplement se faire chauffer un plat rapide. La cage d'escalier qui sent un peu le pipi de chat, mais ne se sent plus à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Le confort du canapé pour y dormir, c'est plus de l'appoint mais ça fait l'affaire quand même. Certaines nuits nous entendions un petit bruit de claquement régulier, nous n'avons pas trouvé d'où cela venait mais peu perturbé en cas de sommeil léger.

The accommodation is a 30-minute walk from the city center, in a very pleasant neighborhood with plenty of shops, bakeries, and bars. The area has a really nice, lively atmosphere. There is also a bus that runs here, but we walked everywhere every day. The apartment is excellent—very comfortable and well equipped.

A sharp knife in the kitchen would have been useful for slicing bread or vegetables. The apartment is in an old building, and the stairwell has a slightly musty, old smell, but none of that can be noticed inside the apartment. We actually really enjoyed that the flat is in an old building. The building has very beautiful vintage features, such as old switches, the staircase, etc.

The flat is very central, close to restaurants, cafes and stores. It was very clean and comfortable and the host was very pleasant and helpful, when there was a problem with the WiFi.
