Ruim vernieuwd appartement in Calpe met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, zwembad en privé parkeren

Het appartement is luxe, ruim en schoon. Het ligt op een uitstekende locatie: het centrum, de boulevard, het busstation en het tramstation bevinden zich op loopafstand. Ook is het erg prettig dat er een supermarkt in het gebouw aanwezig is. Kortom, wij zijn zeer tevreden en komen zeker terug!

Really nice and spacious apartment. We were 1 adult and 3 kids, lots of room for kids to be and move around. There was all we needed for the baby, crib and high chair. Big and sunny balcony and kids playground just across the street was big bonus and shop just in next door. I havent seen so klean apartment with so nice interior before, just as on the pictures. Well equiped kitchen and laundry machine was appreciated while travelling with kids. As we had rented the car then parking space inside the house (parking floor ) was really convenient. Owner of the apartment was really helpful anytime and also gave additional information regarding restaurants, places to visit etc.

L'appartement est magnifique ! Très bien équipé et extrêmement propre. La propriétaire est très disponible et répond rapidement.

Le four à micro-ondes ne marchait pas. Nous aurions aimé un four à micro-ondes d'appoint ... Attention à l'électricité ! La facture peut vite grimper si on ne fait pas attention. Nous avons mis la climatisation qu'une seule nuit pour ne pas dépasser, mais en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes on est très bien.

You have to pay electricity and for a price that was more than twice the official price per kWh. I think that this should be included in the daily price. It was the very first time I ever had to pay for electricity in a holiday place. Please note that as you have to leave a Fianza of 400 euros the guest should receive an inventory list of the things inside the apartment and sign it after confirmation. Like this everything is more crystal clear on the checkout
