Die Lage in einem wunderschönen Haus in Ystad ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die schöne Fachwerkstadt ist sehenswert und fußläufig ist alles gut erreichbar. Auch der Parkplatz ist nur um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet in einem typisch schwedischen Stil. Wir konnten den schönen Freisitz im begrünten Innenhof bei schönem Wetter viel nutzen. Der Strand ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, dort gab es überall Parkplätze.
Das Bad!!! Die Dusche ist undicht und man muss nach jeder Benutzung den Boden trockenlegen. Die Benutzung des Waschbeckens ist für kleine Personen schwierig, weil auf einem Podest. Das Bad/Toilette ist im Erdgeschoss und die Benutzung nachts ist durch eine sehr steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern erschwert.
