Overall stay was really awesome. The place is great. Location is best. If you plan to run, great place to start and you can go to the Iloilo Esplanade and back. Near Jaro and Molo. Seems safe to walk at night from Jaro Cathedral to the accommodation. I tried walking at night, though parts are dark, walk at your own risk. Host is really great as he allowed me to extend my stay one more day. Overall, no issues at all. Value for money. A bit far from downtown Iloilo but if you want to stay at a business park, then this is for you. Walkable streets and good for running. Proximity to a mall and hotels and food options.
Privacy, hope they change the curtains as you can be seen from the outside especially when lights are on. Clean place but can do better especially hair in the drainage in the bathroom.
