Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla cordialità di tutto lo staff presente nella struttura. Tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia, alla gentilezza, alla disponibilità, e ovviamente alla bellezza della strutturazione Un ringraziamento speciale ancora da Giulia e Matteo

Una struttura meravigliosa di nuova realizzazione, a circa 1 km dal mare. Area piscina con comodi lettini circondati da piante curate con estrema attenzione. Lo staff, in particolare il direttore Fabio, Valentina e Mirko, riescono a rendere l’esperienza indimenticabile dal punto di vista enogastronomico, del servizio, della conoscenza del territorio e dell’accoglienza in generale. Ampio parcheggio sterrato a disposizione. Bravissime anche le ragazze che si occupano delle pulizie e del mantenimento della struttura.

The hotel and its grounds were beautiful. The pool area spectacular.

The disorganisation. The staff were polite but need training in the hospitality industry. There needs to be a reception desk, a menu for wine and food with cost (not on what’s app- which is forgotten to be sent out), broken pool umbrellas, water pressure and hot water for showers were poor at times, have the account finalised ready for guests and there wasn’t a winery. No information to get through the security gate or wifi unless asked for. You had to ask for everything. It became a joke amongst the guests down by the pool This hotel has so much potential if they train staff and look at other hotels and how they run.
