9.6 / 10Outstanding·Jun 2026
The hotel's facilities are severely outdated and feature a clear design flaw. The showerhead is installed directly above the bathtub without any partition or anti-slip measures, making it extremely easy for guests to slip while bathing. I personally slipped in this hotel due to this issue and sustained an injury to my left shoulder.
However, the hotel did not offer any substantial assistance after the incident. Only after I repeatedly insisted did they reluctantly provide a bandage and a small amount of ice. My reasonable requests to either refund the unused two nights' accommodation or reschedule the booking were both rejected.
Furthermore, the hotel's hygiene standards are highly unsatisfactory. The guestroom tables were covered in dust and white lint, and the drinking glasses appeared noticeably old and worn. In addition, the soundproofing in the room was very poor, which severely affected my rest.

Nice location ... walking distance to the south side of the Chongqing North train station. Clean, friendly staff. Several food options nearby.

Nice hotel, within walking distance of the train station. Buffet breakfast, clean rooms, nice staff. I'd stay here again.
8 / 10Excellent·Dec 2024
Very near to train station. 5-10km to town area. Can easily didi. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the people smokes freely everywhere. Quite a decent hotel after all.
