Location was perfect with exceptional views. The apartment was great and very comfortable. It was good to have the zzzing team support at your fingertips.
We were unable to have late checkout/leave our bags in the apartment as it was being cleaned for next guests (understandable). However, it would be useful if the zzzing team were able to suggest a nearby luggage store. We ended up leaving the bags at the bus terminal for 5€ which was perfect but I think it would be helpful to get more guidance on this in the information pack.
A full length mirror would be useful.
Taxis can’t get close to the apartment so you have to carry luggage up a few steps.

The location of this apartment and the view are great.
This apartment is in an historic building and when we arrived, the lift was out of order, the stairs are steep and irregular and the apartment is on the third floor, which is actually higher than just three stories. There was no way we could have carried large suitcases up to the apartment. We were told to contact the building manager which we did but they didn't call back. However, he did arrive after I contacted the booking agent, Zzing but really not great. The description says it has dishwasher and microwave, it has has neither. The hot water is inadequate for the size of apartment. The kitchen is poorly equipped with broken knives so we didn't even try to cook.
The legs of the coffee tables were broken as well as wall hooks in the ensuite.

Incredible, from the interior, to the location and the support staff. The apartment had everything you’d need, it was super clean and incredibly beautiful.

房子在瓦莱塔老城的海边，位置非常的好，窗外就是海景，对面是斯利马区，背后就是各种步行街跟吃的话逛的地方，晚上出去也很安全，应该属于马耳他最好的区域了，房间配置齐全，也很大，在三四百年的大楼的五楼（电梯显示3楼），因为有翻新，所以总体感觉不错，虽然没有看到房东，从入住之前到入住结束都很热情主动，主卧卫生间的灯光如果更换成外面一样的暖色光源，会更好，主卧房门也需要调节一下，有点移位。原本可以给9分评价，入住第三天（周六）下午被困在电梯75分钟，按紧急呼叫铃一直无人接听，没有灯，电梯里贴着紧急情况电话，但是却没有手机信号，一个多小时后有点呼吸困难，扒开里面的电梯门想多一点氧气，意外有一点点手机信号，拨打112，终于在75分钟之后被警察救了，如果没有信号，在里面出事，可能几天后才会被发现，想想就很恐怖！所以为房子的环境配置跟位置，风景，客服的热心，结合人生第一回被困电梯，给中间的5分，房子很好，建议不要坐电梯，很危险，五楼也还可以，毕竟爬了两天😂😂😂
电梯太恐怖，都有了阴影，还好没有出事，给112警察点赞，谢谢
