Amelius Pool Apartments in Caesar Resort SPA, Long Beach

Apartment resort with all you need, spacious flat, 2nd best accommodation in Cyprus. This probably convinced us to return here, as after our seriously terrible accommodation experiences in Cyprus we had said that we’ll never come back. However, guess we’ll be back in North Cyprus, as they have much better conditions and prices. They even lowered the price and gave us complimentary stuff for staying for more nights.

Bed not very comfortable but still way more comfortable than 99% of beds in Cyprus, low-quality sheets - not soft cotton, heated pool had cold water so child could not use it, they ask for a 100 EUR deposit upon check-in, surroundings not very nice and not very clean.

The accommodation was excellent with no issues.

I was there as I was getting married the following day. The initial staff member that was in Reception was rude and called me a liar. I was so upset and angry that she was able to do this to me for no reason at all and in front of my daughter. I was shocked and could not believe that she was accusing me of something that I did not do. When she stood up in an aggressive manner and started to shout at me, I retaliated and shouted back. I am so disappointed that the day before my wedding, i was made to feel the way she made me feel. Hurt, upset, angry as I could not believe she was behaving the way she was towards me - my daughter in a nice and calm tone told her several times that i did not say what she was accusing me of saying as it was completely different from what i had actually said. After another staff member come from another office and she was told that i was actually right and she was not, she apologised, but i still felt hurt and upset. I will probably never again book and stay at Caeser Resort
