Very clean ,modern ,new .All facilities were excellent
The electricity was interrupted and we were afraid because we stayed in the 8th floor

Cut electricity several times for 4 to 5 hours.
Very hot without AC.and no internet.
And when I complained the receptionist named IMAN told me in very rude way complain to the government.i got upset and I said to him that I rent the apartment from Caesar not from the government...surely IMAN doesn't have experience in hospitality management
