The Little Pigeon - Pink

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και πεντακάθαρο. Το μπάνιο ήταν καταπληκτικό και ολοκαίνουργιο με ζεστό νερό όλο το 24ωρο. Ιδανική, ήσυχη τοποθεσία, στο ιστορικό κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων, παρά πολύ κοντά σε κλειστά, ελεγχόμενα παρκινγκ, στην δουλειά που είχα και ήταν και η αφορμή για την επίσκεψη μας στην πόλη, στο κάστρο και στην λίμνη (το πολύ 5 λεπτά με τα ποδιά). Ειδική αναφορά στον οικοδεσπότη κο. Γιώργο, ο οποίος ήταν παρά πολύ βοηθητικός, ευγενικός και φιλικός. Παρά πολύ εύκολο check-in και check-out, το οποίο έγινε αυτομάτως, με κωδικούς που μου έστειλαν και έλαβα από πριν, τόσο για τα κλειδιά της εξώπορτας, όσο και για την πόρτα του διαμερίσματος. Πολλά καφέ, μπαρ, εστιατόρια και ένα σούπερ μάρκετ στην περιοχή. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!! The apartment was quite large and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was amazing and brand new with hot water 24 hours a day. Ideal, quiet location, in the historic center of Ioannina, very close to closed, controlled parking, to the job I had and it was also the reason for our visit to the city, the castle and the lake (at most 5 minutes on foot). Special mention to the host Mr. George, who was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Extremely easy check-in and check-out, which was done automatically, with codes that were sent to me and I received in advance, both for the keys to the front door and the apartment door. Many cafes, bars, restaurants and a supermarket in the area. Good value for money. We had a great time. I highly recommend it !!!

Τίποτα. Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερο και να βάζαμε ακόμα μεγαλύτερη βαθμολογία, και 11 και 12 με τόνο μάλιστα. Περάσαμε πραγματικά υπέροχα !!! Nothing. I wish we could have stayed longer and given it an even higher rating, and 11 and 12 with a ton of it. We really had a great time !!!

This tasty apartment is literally at the centre of Ioannina. Its prime location is ideal for exploring the city. Several shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lovely interior design with all the amenities one might need.

The mattress was rather firm for my taste, had a sore back the next day. Soundproofing could be better - lots of noise from downstairs apartment.

Το κατάλυμα είναι ακριβώς όπως απεικονίζεται στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκεται πίσω από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο με τα μεζεδοπωλεία, αλλά είναι πολύ ήσυχο. Μείναμε δύο βράδια το Σαββατόκυριακο του 30 km Lake Run, κ ενώ σχεδόν όλα τα καταλύματα είχαν διπλασιάσει τις τιμές λόγω μεγάλης ζήτησης, το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είχε 60/βράδυ πολύ λογική τιμή κ πολύ ηθικό από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Σίγουρα θα ξανά μείνω στο μέλλον.

Το στρώμα για τα δικά μου γούστα ήταν λίγο σκληρό. Αλλά αυτό δε με εμποδίζει να ξανά μείνω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

L'appartement est très intelligemment et très joliment aménagé. Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité. La situation au coeur de la vielle ville permet de circuler aisément à pied. D'innombrables restaurants et cafés sont à portée de pieds! En revanche l'accès en voiture est un peu compliqué et Google.maps n'est pas forcément le meilleur guide. L'hôte est charmant et très attentif au confort de ses clients.

Il y a un restaurant au coin de la rue, qui peut s'avérer bruyant au fil de la nuit. Il y a alors 2 options : soit mettre des bouchons d'oreille (très efficace) soit vous joindre aux fêtards !
