The apartment is located in a safe and pleasant area of Athens, close to many excellent restaurants. One of its biggest advantages is the walking distance to the Acropolis and the immediate proximity to the entrance of the Temple of Hephaestus (Hephaisteion).
The apartment was clean and about the size of a hotel room, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and iron. We also appreciated the quiet location, as the apartment faces an inner courtyard. Another positive feature is the relatively spacious balcony, which offers enough room to sit and relax, although its orientation and view limit its overall usability.
The main downside was the narrow bed. If you are not traveling as a couple, you may not sleep comfortably, as the bed can feel quite small for two people sharing it.
Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped, and excellently located apartment, ideal for exploring the historic sights of Athens.

The apartment is situated in a lovely street very close to the metro and it is also very close (walking distance) to all the major sites in Athens. It overlooks the inner courtyard so it is peaceful and quiet. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for even a longer stay.
The biggest downside for us was that the communication with the host was lacking. Apart from messages exchanged before check-in, the host didn't respond to our message during our whole stay. What we asked for was not that important, but in case we had some real problems it would be a serious issue.
A few other things I would like to mention was that the bed is a bit small for two adult people and we found some unwashed cutlery tucked away in the drawer.
Also the apartment lacks daylight because of its position towards the back yard, maybe it will be an issue for somebody but we didn't mind.

Host was wonderful! Shower was good and space was modern. The dryer worked great as well as the washer! Super location.
Maybe add a comfortable chair?
