La zona me pareció muy cómoda, con un supermercado a 2 min caminando, distintos bares para tomar algo y la parada del tren también cerca.
Barrio aparentemente tranquilo, finalmente no tuvimos que hacer uso del garaje porque siempre hubo aparcamiento fuera pero de igual modo era bastante amplio.
El método de acceso fue nefasto, dándonos problemas desde el minuto 1, tardaron aprox 30 min en solucionarlo, tiempo que evidentemente estás tirado en la calle.
La cocina precisa de una buena limpieza y reforma, es una pena porque el apartamento está a medio reformar.

The apartment is very nice and tidy, has three bedrooms and a big living room with views to a big fountain. It also has a big kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the location is great. It is generally quiet and in the evening, the sound of the nearby fountain is very relaxing. The apartment is at walking distance from the train station and from there you can take a train to Oviedo. There is a big supermarket opposite the apartment and a smaller one a few doors down from the apartment. There are good restaurants at walking distance offering good menu's and food and we liked them all. People are very helpful and friendly.
The way the access to the apartment was arranged. The staff is only reachable by phone. We arrived during office hours but I am not sure what would have happened if we would have arrived at night.
In order to have access to the apartment complex and the front door, we had to connect to the WIFI where a code would be generated. This did not work. Luckily, we arrived during office hours so we could call the staff from the real state agency responsible for the apartment rental. They generated a code for us so that we could have access to the apartment. In order to have access to the apartment complex we first had to ring the doorbell panel and ask if someone could open for us. This was not very handy and a bit frustrating after a long trip. Fortunately, somebody opened the front and the staff from the agency helped us further with the key code. Once inside, we found out the WIFI did not work so for this reason we could not connect to it to obtain a key code. The staff from the agency were very friendly and helpful and once inside, we got the WIFI to work and had a great stay without any further incidents.
The kitchen is well equipped and has basics such as pans, cutlery, plates, cups etc. but no coffee machine or kettle which would have been nice.

La ubicación y distribución de habitaciones
La limpieza tanto a nivel instalaciones como de utensilios de cocina y ropa de cama, el estado de alguno de los mobiliarios y que pagamos el servicio para tener plaza de garaje y cuando llegamos no había llave y nadie nos supo solucionar el problema. Por tanto, un poco caro para cómo resultó ser nuestra experiencia.
