    This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. The first disappointment started at check-in. There was no one available to assist with our luggage. When I asked at the reception, I was told that luggage handling is completely self-service. I was traveling with my family, including my elderly parents, and had no choice but to load the luggage onto a trolley and carry it myself. This is not the level of service I expect from a hotel. The rooms were equally disappointing. Both rooms were very small and had a strong, unpleasant smell, making our stay uncomfortable from the moment we entered. Even basic room service was extremely slow. I ordered a couple of bottles of water, and despite making repeated calls and reminders, they were delivered only after more than 30 minutes. Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of hospitality. The staff showed no warmth, courtesy, or sense of welcoming guests. A simple greeting or willingness to help was noticeably absent throughout our stay. Because of this poor experience, I decided to leave and move to The Orchid, where the service, hospitality, and overall guest experience were significantly better and met the expectations of a quality hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
