I had a lovely stay here. Joyce is very friendly and kind. She provided water every day and even graciously gave me some mangosteen. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the room was cozy and comfortable. There is a stray kitty who stops by and she kept me company when I would read on the terrace. I am grateful for this place in Chiang Rai, thank you🙏

La personne qui gère ce homestay est adorable et très arrangeante, nous n’avions pas assez pour payer la chambre et ne l’avons payée que le soir. La chambre était super, avec climatisation et salle de bain attenante. Serviettes et savons étaient également fournis ainsi que 2 bouteilles d’eau par jour.
Emplacement un peu éloigné mais se fait très bien en grab ou bolt, sol de la salle de bain mal incliné mais avec une raclette on arrive bien à évacuer toute l’eau

The owner was super friendly, gave us a lovely breakfast and was so kindly gave us great recommendations for our visit to chiang rai… the beds were comfy and shower/ toilet were extremely clean
The location a little hard to find at night, but the owner was so lovely when we called her to help find it, it’s great value for money.

Joyce was an excellent host - very communicative, helpful when we couldn’t find Pikban and she gave brilliant advice on activities and events in the location.
We live in a fairly quiet area, so found it a bit noisy but this wouldn’t necessarily be a problem for others.
