W pakiecie nie było śniadania. Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo korzystna; do wielu miejsc można dojść piechotą. Spokój i cisza wieczorami. Racjonalnie zagospodarowany teren wokół bloku. Dostępność do kościoła, sklepów, punktów usługowych i miejsc rekreacji. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie noclegowe.
Brak dostępu do Internetu, pozostawiony wilgotny i zamknięty bęben w pralce, brak wieszaka w przedpokoju i rolet lub firan ( osłona przed silnym nasłonecznieniem ) oraz małej miski do przepierek.

Mieszkanie jest bardzo brudne, wszędzie zacieki, naczynia niedomyte z zaschniętym jedzeniem, pod łóżkiem pełno kurzów, z lodówki śmierdziało kapusta kiszona
