Вилла большая, свежая. Техника, посуда хорошие, чистые. Бассейн небольшой, но удобный. Много комнат, удобно для большой семьи.
Запах в сан.узле на первом этаже ... Небольшая территория и ушатанная мебель на улице. Если проводить время на пляже и в доме, не страшно. Далековато до цивилизации

فيلا رائعة لكن يوجد ملاحظات يجب على المالك الاهتمام بها
1- غرفة النوم في الدور الارضي يوجد فيها رائحة كريهة تخرج من المكيف وكل يوم تزداد الرائحة حيث تصبح غير قابلة للسكن بالرغم من اني اخترت هذه الفيلا لوجود خمس غرف نوم ولكن مع تعطل هذه الغرفة اصبحوا 4 غرف . 2- باب حمام الغرفة في الدور الارضي يحتاج صيانة . 3 - حمام السباحة لك ان تتخيل انك لن تستطيع السباحة فيه مساءاً او ليلاً بعد مغيب الشمس لعدم وجود اي إضاءة فيه للاسف . 4- المغسلة في الغرفة التي في الدور الثاني صغيرة جداً لدرجة انك لايمكنك غسيل يديك فيها .
