It was a great location! Close to University of Houston. The house is beautiful and has lot of space and amenities. I loved that each room had its own restroom. The owner was on it! He responded right away & answered our questions. We will definitely stay there again.

Clean bathrooms, updated features in the bathrooms and kitchen, plenty of room, close to a lot of attractions. Property manager was responsive to providing some kitchen items
Broken furniture, poorly maintained outside spaces, sparsely stocked kitchen - no mixing bowls, measuring cups, small pots, no can opener. Garage was too small for a minivan. All the towels were heavily used and had fraying or holes.
