Neues Haus mit 4 Ferienwohnungen, modern, zweckmäßig und ansprechend eingerichtet, unser Apperatment im Obergeschoss: Wohn-Ess-Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, große Balkon-Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool, vom Schlafzimmer erreichbar, kleinerer Balkon zur Gegenseite (Nord-Westen) von der Küche aus erreichbar. Die unteren beiden Appartments haben offenbar Terrassen ebenerdig, wahrscheinlich sogar zu beiden Seiten hin. Anlieger-Straße (Sackgasse), Parken vor dem Haus problemlos. Schöner, sauberer Pool mit Liegen, schattig. Küche gut ausgestattet, sogar Spülmaschine (von uns aber nicht genutzt), Bademäntel und Saunapantoffeln stehen zur Verfügung. Sanitärbereich sehr sauber und ansprechend. Strand und Strandpromende fußläufig (ca. 300 m) erreichbar, dort auch Restaurants, Eiscafe etc. Touristische Ziele (Olympia, Burg Chelmoutsi, Elis) sowie Amaliada für Einkäufe sind gut erreichbar.
"Brachland" in den Nachbargrundstücken.

Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα. Πολυ καλη ποιότητα υπηρεσιών. Υπερπλήρης κουζίνα, μεγάλοι χώροι, καθιστικό, βεράντα. Καναπέδες και έπιπλα πολυτελή. Δυο τηλεοράσεις , τζάκι. Παρα πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Απλα δεν εχει θέα θάλασσα οπως και σχεδόν όλα της περιοχής. Ειναι ομως μόλις 100 μέτρα.
