    The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but I appreciated the calmer atmosphere away from traffic noise – made it easier to rest. It’s within walking distance to Dalat Train Station. Food options are a little scarce right around the hotel, but with a short walk you can still find restaurants and cafés. We arrived earlier than check-in time and the staff kindly arranged for us to check in an hour early. Due to an issue with our original booking, we were given a larger room. The only downside was the sloping ceiling in one corner – you have to duck to avoid hitting your head, which may be uncomfortable for those with back issues. It wasn’t a major problem for us since we were mostly out exploring and only needed the room for rest. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed in during our 6 nights in Dalat, this one had the best bed – the most comfortable sleep we had during the trip! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The female receptionist spoke English, which made check-in/out much smoother without needing Google Translate. There is a lift, but our top-floor room still required climbing a few flights of stairs. Even so, the receptionist went out of her way to help carry our 25kg luggage, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a super pleasant stay. If I return to Dalat, I would happily come back to this hotel.

    The staff are super accommodating and really go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. They arranged tours, transfers, and even a pickleball game cause my dad wanted to play. Highly recommend!
