Beach Serenity Studio on Makenzy

The apartment is located right on the beach, in a quiet area close to restaurants. On the ground floor of the building, there is a café-bistro where you can find everything you could wish for. The host was extremely involved, kind, and available to help us whenever needed. They understood the delicate situation we found ourselves in and showed great understanding and flexibility. We had booked a second apartment in the same building for our friends, but unfortunately, the conditions there were unacceptable from their point of view, so they decided not to stay and moved elsewhere. Understanding the situation, our host offered us the possibility of receiving a refund for the last few days, allowing us to move in with our friends and continue our vacation together. A 10/10 rating for our host for their involvement, understanding, and fairness! I highly recommend the apartment without hesitation. However, those who wish to book in the same building should carefully check the conditions of the ground-floor apartment, as our friends’ experience was completely different.

The place was in a perfect location for a beach vacation. Not in the center of Larnaca but a twenty minute walk away. It was quiet and you walk out of the building onto the beach. All in apartment was as shown.

Great location, amazing views, and very efficient communication — always available to assist, whether early in the morning or late at night.

We didn’t spend much time at the property, but it suited our needs perfectly.
