The host was available when needed, they had complimentary snacks, hot cocoa bar, and other items. The cabin was nice and in a quiet location.
At one point the thermostat wasn’t working correctly in the middle of the night but the host responded to our concern quickly, checked and help resolve the issue, and checked in after the issue was resolved to make sure everything was still working correctly. The internet I spotty but that is understandable in the country and they make sure to inform you of this. We just watched movies that were provided instead of using streaming services.
