The entire apartment was immaculate. Very Cosy and central to all the entertainment facilities. Excellent location for tourists. They enjoyed the safety and security in the surroundings.Staff interaction was exceptional. Will definitely return.Keep it up

Super clean, comfortable, close to everything and has literally EVERYTHING you’ll need.

We were allocated to unit 506 & the location of the building was great as most things were within walking distance including a 15-20 minute stroll to V&A if you didn’t want to deal with traffic & parking. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was a nice benefit as well as the large shower.

The day my wife & I arrived at 4pm, the apartment was still in the process of being cleaned as someone had vacated earlier. We both were ok with it but it was unexpected after a 5hr drive from our previous location in Knysna. This was the 2nd of 5 different accommodations on this trip. Once we settled in, we found that the blinds in the lounge & the bedroom had not been cleaned for ages & the windows on the interior in both locations faced the same issue. The relevant number was called & person in charge informed accordingly. At the same time, the agent was informed of both bedroom side tables being cracked and damaged. The agent was already aware & apparently was waiting for the owners to sort out. The tv in the lounge did not seem to have the DSTV connected although the decoder & remote were there & the tv in the bedroom was not connected to anything. The agent was informed and was going to send the technician to check but I declined due to my timings. The bathroom sink was clogged & the agent was informed, who then sent the plumber to rectify on the weekend. The shower & sink have not been maintained & has lots of marks. The en-suite bathroom has the extractor that comes on with the bathroom light. Both things are huge distractions if your better half is sleeping as it’s a swinging glass door with a gap at the top which allows the light & noise to permeate the bedroom. The basement parking consists of 3 levels & this units parking was the lowest level. Extra caution needs to be taken as the routes & navigation to park & exit are very narrow. No teacups & only mugs were provided together with a few basic dishes & cutlery. There wasn’t even a kitchen scissor available. Complimentary sachets consisted of ricoffy, a few teabags, sugar & cremora so no complimentary water or milk in any form is provided. The blinds in the bedroom and lounge are not conducive to keeping the light out whatsoever.
