Fantastic friendly personal welcome and good information. Patient and helpful understanding English and giving clear advice. Brilliant access to local facilities, restaurants, public transport, shops and cultural hot spots.
Breakfast - great service but options rather limited - would have appreciated more choice, less sugar : seeds, nuts, whole fruits and healthy options.
