Very clean and renovated little studio. Although small, it provided everything I needed for my short stay. Very close to downtown, less than one kilometer from the Tumski island. Wi-Fi was fine. Free parking spots were always available around the building. There is a big supermarket about 7 minutes walking distance.
The only annoyance is the noisy ventilator which starts automatically when you turn on the light in the bathroom and then runs for 15-20 minutes before it shuts off on its own. Especially at night, you don't want to listen to that noise for so long, so the solution is to use the corridor light and keep the bathroom door open.

Napriek malému priestoru uspokojilo ubytovanie všetky naše potreby. Oceňujem čistotu a hlavne moderné prevedenie. Ubytovanie sa nachádza 5 minút pešo od zastávky električky, je v starej časti mesta, v ktorej sme objavili aj veľmi pekné grafity, kúsok od ubytovania. Domáca pani bola milá, dala nám všetky potrebné informácie a bola k dispozícii v prípade potreby. Vrelo odporúčam, v prípade opakovanej návštevy mesta by som určite využila toto ubytovanie.

Mini kawalerka, to znaczy , że mały metraż, ale dla jednej, dwóch osób na prawdę całkowicie wystarczający. Mieszkanie wychodzi na podwórko, wyjątkowo cicho. Czysto, bez zapachów, wygodne łóżko, a te rzeczy są dla mnie najważniejsze. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowane. Przecznicę dalej bar mleczny, który szczerze polecam. Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłą właścicielką.
