Very clean and renovated little studio. Although small, it provided everything I needed for my short stay. Very close to downtown, less than one kilometer from the Tumski island.
Wi-Fi was fine. Free parking spots were always available around the building.
There is a big supermarket about 7 minutes walking distance.
The only annoyance is the noisy ventilator which starts automatically when you turn on the light in the bathroom and then runs for 15-20 minutes before it shuts off on its own. Especially at night, you don't want to listen to that noise for so long, so the solution is to use the corridor light and keep the bathroom door open.

The mini studio looks quite cozy and comes with a parking space in the courtyard, conveniently located close to the city center. We were pleasantly surprised to find an iron available. It’s best suited for a solo traveler or someone traveling light with just a backpack.
The mini studio really is very small and quite heavily furnished. As this was one of many stops on our trip and we had a little more luggage, the limited space was not very convenient. Unfortunately, the bed was also disappointing—it was uncomfortable and caused both my husband and me back pain, so we had to leave much earlier than planned on our final night.
