I liked everything about the property.

This was a Serviced Accommodation, so we shopped for, and prepared our own meals, which was exactly what we wanted. The property was ideally located to where we needed to get to daily. The location is quiet (peaceful), with a lovely view of the heath opposite, and felt very safe. For those who don't drive, there is a bus stop very close by, a convenience store and a pub, which was nice.

The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, additionally, the double shower was always welcoming after a long day. However, we were slightly disappointed that there was not a washing machine. Obviously this might be a personal preference, and may not have been a missed normally, had it not for the fact that we had mid-week school uniforms to wash. Generally the beds were comfortable, however, we found that one of the single beds (by the window) was quite uncomfortable for a restful night's sleep.

We had a great one night stay at this cosy upstairs apartment in the heart of the New Forest. It would have been the perfect base for exploring the area but we were here for a one day event. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A minor problem was the shower as it did not initially work, until my husband remembered that something was written in the how to work appliance book. After that it worked well. The host communicated well. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful New Forest getaway.

Great location for getting around the New Forest attractions. Beaulieu on the doorstep, Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst close by, easy to get to places like Exbury Gardens, Lepe. Nice quiet village location, handy community shop and good pub a few steps down the road. The property has been maintained to a high standard with excellent shower/wetroom, very well appointed kitchen and spacious lounge. Wifi available, Smart TV and Alexa Show very useful. The owner has left a comprehensive book of tips and instructions, together with recommendations for local dining and tourism. Bedrooms were comfortable and airy, one double and one with two singles. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Lovely view of the gorse landscape from the front window. Owner stayed in touch by text in case of any issues but there were none in the end. The lane to the side of the property is quite narrow and in regular use, but the parking space to the rear is big enough for 2 cars and accommodated a small SUV adequately.

Honestly, cannot find fault with anything significant.
