Mi-a plăcut că are parcare chiar în fața garsonierei. Ai tot ce îți trebuie: chicinetă, frigider, aparat de cafea, fier de călcat cu masă, pături în plus, un dulap destul de mare, internet destul de bun. De asemenea, există rulou electric, astfel încât poți face întuneric complet în cameră pentru un somn mai bun.
În curte se parchează foarte multe mașini, iar unele sunt lăsate dezordonat, ceea ce îngreunează ieșirea. Există riscul să rămâi blocat dacă proprietarii nu lasă un număr de telefon în geam.

Locație bună, curățenie ok, chicinetă dotată foarte bine
Zona de parcare nesatisfăcătoare intr o curte interioara, spre seară s a aglomerat foarte mult, s a ieșit greu din parcare. In cameră era un miros ciudat.
