Beautifully presented gardens, 2 bathrooms and bedrooms, big lounge, laundry and kitchen/diner. Walking or mobility scooter accessible to Hawkshead village. Nice artwork and plenty of information. Quiet and relaxing. Bird feeders attracted many birds. We really enjoyed it. Ground floor.
No recycling facilities even though the recycling lorry came up the road. Hosts didn’t respond when we ran out of toilet roll. The beds were too hard for us.
