The administrator's attention and whim is lacking.

The apartment itself is good, but when we arrived there was no light in the room, the bathroom sink was clogged, we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. We sent a message several times to the administrator and did not get answers. We bought some food for cooking and the induction fogue didn't work, we had to donate the food we bought because there was no way to do it. We had to eat out every day. He didn't have enough plate cloth, floor cloth and towels. It seems to be silly things but they are very necessary when you stay for a week hosted. There was no pillow for all guests. And we send messages several times without response. There is a lack of whim due to lack of the administrator.

We only had 3 sets of towels and we were 4 guests, booked for 4 guests. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was no tea towel in the kitchen. Would have been nice to have a couple of coffee capsules, not only the machine. The internet (and tv) didn’t work for the whole 4 days we stayed there. I reported it but nothing was done to make it work. Wasn’t a big deal for us but it would have been nice for the hosts to bother and fix it.

The description of collection of kew was not accurate as I spent 2 hours to contact the host and look for a Jew that was put under a rug without knowing exactly where. No free box or internet installed

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja ( stacja metra spacerkiem), sklepy i restauracje w pobliżu.

Skandaliczne zachowanie osoby, której zgłosiłam brak światła w dwóch pomieszczeniach, nie dzialający czajnik elektryczny, płyta indukcyjna oraz piekarnik. Pozostawiono problem nie rozwiązany, infantylne pytania typu: czy podłączyłam czajnik do prądu lub rada, że trzeba nacisnąć przycisk tylko pogarszały nasz odbiór sytuacji. Nie usłyszeliśmy nawet przepraszam. Oddanie do użytkowania obiektu, który nie spełnia opisanych standardów powinno być karane, bo oczywiście opłata bezzwrotnie pobrana. Nie polecam.

des ampoules ne fonctionnant pas couloir aveugle même pas de savon même pas une capsule de café je n'ai jamais vu cela une procédure d'entrée et de sortie avec un multitude d'échange de mails inutile c'est dommage car le logement est bien mais l'intendance est médiocre
