Genial todo

Hermosa cabaña, re bien equipada y muy limpia, excelente atención. A último momento decidimos quedarnos una noche más y como la cabaña ya estaba reservada, Jose, el dueño, se ocupó de conseguirnos otro lugar lo más cerca posible.

Ubicación alejada del ruido. Muy tranquilo.

The accomodation was clean. Host was friendly and helpful at first.

The description says this property is at 1km from city center. That is not accurate as it is closer to 3km. On our last night we informed the host we were checking out at 5:00 am to catch our flight. We woke up at 4:15am to pack our things only to see there was no electricity in the bedrooms and only an emergency light open in the Kitchen. Wifi was still working so only partial rooms had no power. Unable to have a coffee as kitchen had no power. I sent a text to the host informing him of the situation. No response…. I then called the host and still no response. I’m not sure which was more frustrating. Having to pack our things in the dark or being completely ignored by the host. We never heard back let alone receive an apology. I guess electricity is expensive and he couldn’t wait for us to leave before shutting down brakers.
