- Nice outdoor grilling area
- Property needs maintenance: cracked windows (glasses), cracked walls, chipped wooden doors, no front door access, minimum furniture, no indoor kitchen.
- Access through electric garage door: you can't access the property during the frequent power outages.
- Owner entered the property many time without asking for permission...no privacy.
- Too expensive for what it offered.
