VILLAS LANZAROTE LOS ALTOS by NEW LANZASUITES Villa CASSIDELL

The Villa was fantastic and really made our holiday. It is well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable, it felt homely and we made use of the pool and eating in the terrace taking in the beautiful views. We hired a car and there is private parking. Although we didn’t walk into town, it’s not far and location was perfect. If you are looking for a nice Villa, you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

View over Playa Blanca from villa was amazing but you definitely need a car, villa is spacious and light.

First couple of nights we had rowdy, noisy neighbours who partied till around 4am, but once they were gone it was peaceful.

L emplacement est vraiment top, c est très calme et en hauteur avec une belle vue. Nous avons pu nous reposer ! Tania a été très disponible pendant tout le séjour. Par contre la voiture est indispensable

L équipement de la maison n est pas suffisant par exemple les assiettes, les lits pas très confortables et petit pour le lit double. Nous avons eu qq soucis par exemple la piscine n était pas chauffée à notre arrivée nous avons dû appeler le technicien et le soucis a été résolu et nous avons eu la piscine 2 jours après le temps qu elle chauffe … Les salles de bains n était pas top aussi , une douche bouchée .. une autre pas d eau chaude. Pas assez de serviettes aussi, Mais nous n avons pas prévenu pour ça , Après ils sont très réactifs si jamais il y a un pb. Tania est très gentille et disponible !
