Moderno apartamento Plz de la Merced

The apartment is very spacious. It’s great when each person has their own bedroom. This apartment has 3 bedrooms. What’s really remarkable as well is that the person in charge of the Airbnb (Christian) is super friendly and takes care of everything you need. We sent him a couple of WhatsApps asking questions and he replied right away solving everything every time. The location is worth mentioning as well. Everything is within walking distance. Museums, the Alcazaba, the Roman ruins, the Calle Larios. The place is surrounded by nice piazzas and all kinds of restaurants (typical Spanish, Peruvian, Japanese etc). We almost didn’t need to take an uber to go anywhere. We just went out and walked.

The only thing is that the building is a bit old and the stairway is not so clean. But don’t get disappointed by this, the apartment is absolutely spotless. Marcela takes care of this.

Bardzo fajne mieszkania, duże, wygodne. Fajna lokalizacja. Właściciel bardzo mili i pomocny. Kiedy byliśmy na wycieczce wydał dodatkowy klucz dla naszego przyjaciela który dojechał później.

Diciamo che la posizione era centrale e comoda. Il problema è stato principalmente la presenza di persone senza fissa dimora che stazionavano lì tutto il giorno e anche di notte in condizioni igieniche che lascio immaginare.

Innanzitutto, la struttura non era al civico indicato su Booking ma ad un civico diverso. Era ubicato non esattamente al primo piano ma al secondo (il primo piano era un piano rialzato che aveva lo stesso numero di rampe di scala) e l’ascensore era rotto da tempo. Avendo un problema al ginocchio, ho avuto difficoltà a salire e scendere. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare.
