The location is superb and cannot be beaten. You're always 5-10 mins away from home, so you can pop back in for home made lunch or a quick shower or tea etc. Very very quiet and peaceful, even if building entrance is not too encouraging. Carefour City around the corner. Arena 1 street away. Museum very close. Park of the Fountains not even 10 mins walk. Brilliant location. Flat is clean, tastefully furnished, has a good kitchen, good pressure shower, kind of small, but for 1-2 people it's perfect. Location location location.

Only a single mug provided, so if there's 2 of you or you want to have tea AND coffee, you better bring your own. As mentioned, the entrance to the building is not the best, but nothing dodgy going on there and it's got nothing to do with the flat itself. Safe area, as far as I can tell. The 400 euro deposit does seem a bit crazy, to be honest, especially as my whole stay cost less, so I had to budget extra for it, but I can confirm, it is NOT A SCAM, money was only reserved and never withdrawn, and my deposit was returned to me without needing to ask, promptly 1 hour after checking out.

Malý, ale velmi čistý a dobře vybavený apartmán. Úžasná lokalita, vše je v docházkové vzdálenosti. Pokyny před příjezdem byly přesné a srozumitelné. K dispozici byla velká zásoba kávy :) WIFI fungovala perfektně. Parkovat se dá jednoduše v blízkém podzemním Q-parku na Jean Jaurés.

Die Wohnung selbst war nett, sauber, geräumig. Zu Beginn wurde eine Kaution verlangt, die dann nicht belastet wurde. Es gab sehr nette Begrüßung- und Abschiedsmails, aber bei meinem Versuch keine Möglichkeit einer Kontaktaufnahme.

Aber die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist nur über eine sehr steile enge Treppe erreichbar. Das Zahlenschloss an der Tür funktionierte nur jedes 10. Mal und machte mich sehr nervös. Um die Haustür zu öffnen, musste eine französische Telefonnummer angerufen werden - Telefonkosten. Das Schloss an.der Tür zerlegte sich fast, aber es gab seitens der Vermieter keine Rückmeldung auf meine Reklamation.
